EY Document Explorer - Ideas Portal

Process ongoing :

Currently a document set is not explorable if one or more document are not in ready status (i.e. The document is under AI processing or AI processing failed) although some other documents in the of the documents are in ready state.

Problem statement :

1. If the user wants to explore the documents which are in ready state, he/she can't explore.

2. The APIs which work having document as an anchor point, can't be used unless all the documents in the document set are in ready state.

Suggested approach :

Along with the existing implementation, there should be 2 more options.

1. Explore by selecting documents.

2. Explore with the documents with ready state at that moment.

The user flow will be similar to existing implementation. Only the scope will be restricted to the selected documents or the documents with ready state.
